Samsung has launched its most anticipated phone, Galaxy S4 in India. The phone has been launched at an introductory price of Rs.41,500. Right now, there will be 16 GB version available in the markets in India. There are no updates from Samsung on launching 32 GB and 64 GB versions in India.

Samsung Galaxy S4 has a 5 inch Super AMOLED full HD screen with a resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels with a pixel density of 441 pi. The phone is powered by Exynos 1.6 GHz octa-core processor. As the name reflects, the processor has 8 cores. But, only 4 cores will be active during normal use. The other 4 cores are energy saving cores and will become active when you are running heavy processes that include activities like playing heavy games, watching videos and multi-tasking. This 8-core design is made to save the battery and to deliver the power only when it is needed.
