Xolo is all set to launch an affordable quad-core smartphone
in Indian market. Xolo is launching Xolo Q700 which is a first Android 4.2
(Jelly bean) smart phone from Xolo. The phone will be available at an unbelievable
price of Rs.9,999.
Xolo Q700 sports a 4.5 inch qHD IPS display with a
resolution of 540 X 960 pixels and a pixel density of 245 ppi. The phone also
deploys OGT (One Glass Solution) technology to reduce the overall thickness of
the phone. Running on Android 4.2 (Jelly bean), the phone is powered by a 1.2
GHz quad-core Mediatek 6589 W-M processor.
Xolo Q700 features a 5 MP primary camera and a VGA front
camera for video recording. The camera has features like LED flash, BSI CMOS
sensor and auto focus. The phone has internal memory of 4 GB along with 1 GB of
RAM. The memor y can be increased further upto 32 GB with a microSD card.
The phone supports dual-sim functionality and has various
connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G. The phone has a 2400 mAh battery
that can provide 17 hours of talktime and 380 hours of stand-by time on 2G
network. On 3G network, it gives 16 hours of talktime and 350 hours of stand-by
time.
Unlike other phones, Xolo Q700 will not be available in
traditional colors like Black and White. It will be available only in Brown and
Blue colors.
