Sony Xperia M announced with 1 GHz dual core processor, dual sim and 1 GB RAM.



Sony has announced Xperia M, a new member of Xperia series. The phone has been announced in two models; one is dual sim and other is single sim. Both the phones share the same features and specs.

Sony Xperia M sports a 4.0 inch FWVGA (854 X 480 pixels resolution) TFT display. The single sim version of the phone runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly bean) while Xperia M Dual runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly bean). The phone is powered by a 1 GHz dual core S4 SnapDragon processor.

The internal memory of the phone is 4 GB, out of which only 2.8 GB is user accessible. The memory can be increased further upto 64 GB via a microSD card. There is 1 GB of RAM for effective multi-tasking.

Xperia M features a 5 MP rear camera with auto focus and a front VGA camera for video chat. The phone includes a 1750 mAh battery. The phone has connectivity option like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and A-GPS.
