Wammy Desire 2 launched with 1.4 GHz processor for Rs.9,999

The next version of Wammy Desire has been launched by Wicked Leaks at a price of Rs.9,999. Wammy Desire 2 specs have been released on its official website and the device is available for pre-orders. The device comes in two modes, one with Android 4.0 (Ice cream sandwich) and the other with Android 4.2 (Jelly bean). The model with Android 4.0 is more stable as claimed by the company. The model with Android 4.2 is in beta stage and has a few bugs. The stable version of it will be available from June, 2013. However, company has started the pre-orders of the device and will commence the deliveries after 15^th of May.

 

 

Wammy Desire 2 sports a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels. The device operates on Android 4.0 and Android 4.2. The user has an option to switch between the operating systems through company’s website.

Wammy Desire 2 is powered by Samsung Exynos 1.4 GHz quad-core processor. The internal memory of the device is 8 GB along with 1 GB of RAM. Samsung has launched its most anticipated phone, Galaxy S4 in India. The phone has been launched at an introductory price of Rs.41,500. Right now, there will be 16 GB version available in the markets in India. There are no updates from Samsung on launching 32 GB and 64 GB versions in India.
