Google has officially released the specs of Google glass. Google Glass is a wearable pair of smart glasses connected to the internet capable of taking pictures and recording videos. There is still some months left before the launch of the Google glass. The glass .will be available at the cost of around $1,500.
The glass has a 5 MP camera which is capable of recording 720p videos. For storing pictures and videos, Glass has an inbuilt memory of 16 GB; out of which the user can use only 12 GB. The usable 12 GB of memory will be in sync with Google cloud storage service. Google was not clear about the battery life, but they have stated that it will last for a day during normal. Activities like recording videos and Bluetooth sharing will consume more battery power.
Google Glass will work with any Android phone through Bluetooth. But, the phone must be an Android 4.0.3 or a higher version. The display of the glass will have the same quality as that of a 25 inch HD screen from an 8 feet distance. The screen is attached to the rim in front of the right eye. There will also be a pair of nose buds to support the Glass. There will also be a pair of bigger size buds provided with the Glass.

The cool features in Google Glass

The two coolest features of the Glass are voice command and Bone Conduction Transducer. The glass will operate through the instructions given by the user through voice. You don’t need keypad or type pad to use it. Also the voice command makes it easier to use. The next cool feature is the Bone Conduction Transducer that will use the bones of the wearers head to transfer the sound to his ears.
